Lionel Bailey has twenty years of experience in church ministry, life coaching, and leadership development. His training includes Department of Navy Area Five Leadership Academy at Naval Air Station in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Texas Black Chamber of Commerce Paths Forward leadership development class, Texas private school educational lobbyist 1996-1998. He has served on the Board of Trustees of private schools in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Bailey's experience also includes; Senior Pastor of Legacy Community Church, Fort Worth, TX, Executive Pastor of Harmony Christian Church, and the Servant House Church. He also served on the ministry staff of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church and Project Turn Around in Dallas, Texas under the leadership of Dr. Tony Evans. Lionel is the Co-owner of Bailey’s Premier Services headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and maintains his ordination as a Christian minister.
Lionel's received personal recognition for his work as a community organizer, ecumenical leadership, spiritual advisor and leader in the Armed Services. Lionel received the Barrent Moore Preaching Award from Texas Christian University and the Brite Divinity School Faculty Book Award. He was voted “Top of Class” and received the Stan Beach Leadership award from the Commanding Officer at the Naval Chaplaincy School and Center. His awards also include Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Medal. Lionel is married to Tamiko for twenty years.
